Departments

Publicity- Develops public relations for each event.

Advertising- Places/coordinates advertising for each event, including advertising articles for publication.

Publications- Develops and coordinates all publications.

Marketing- Imaging strategy for each event.

Management- Scheduling (contacts and schedules space in desired location),including rehearsal space, hotel, car rental, etc.

Music- Develops a cache of musical artists and record labels to participate in Hapi Forum and other special events

*Audio/Visual- Development of A/V needs including video for each event.

*Crew/Security- Arranges for setup & security for each event.

*Calendar- Coordinates deadlines, meetings, for publicity, publications and all time aspects for each event.

*Production- Coordinates all of the above including staging, lighting, sound; as well as the following: Set Design / Scenic Design; Choreography; Makeup & Hair.
